Staying in control

A few habits do most of the work:

Treat what you spend as the price of an evening out, not as an investment
Never chase a loss — another session will come around
Play only with money you can do without
Watch the clock as closely as the balance
Take a break when it stops being fun

What we offer, and what we do not

We are direct about this because it differs from other sites. There are no self-service limit tools in your account. You cannot set your own deposit cap, loss limit or session timer here.

What we do have is a break on request. Email support@lizaro.com and we will close your account — for a while, or for good. Say which you want and we will act as soon as we practically can.

If you take that step, two things matter. Tell us about any other accounts you hold with us, since we cannot act on accounts we do not know about. And do not open new ones. We will make reasonable efforts to stop new accounts appearing, but the responsibility for not opening them is yours, and we are not liable for losses on accounts we were not told about.

Questions worth asking yourself

If several of these get a yes, it is worth talking to someone:

Does gambling keep you from work or study?
Do you play alone, for long stretches?
Have people close to you commented on your gambling?
Have you lost interest in friends, family or hobbies because of it?
Have you lied about how much time or money went into it?
Have you borrowed, or worse, to cover gambling or its debts?
Do you play until the money is gone?
Do you try to win it back straight away?
Does running out leave you desperate rather than disappointed?
Has it left you low, or worse?
