Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026
This notice covers the personal data we collect from registered players and from visitors to lizarocasino-nl.site.
The operator of this website is the data controller for your personal data. Together with our joint controller we hold and secure what you give us. Questions, or a request to exercise your rights, go to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@lizaro.com.
What we collect
Account data. Name, date of birth, email address, phone number, home address, country and account currency.
Due diligence data. Identity card, driving licence or passport number, proof of address, social security number, source of wealth and funds, bank identification, and financial statements. We collect these to meet know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering duties, to confirm your age and identity, and to satisfy our legal obligations.
Activity data. Deposits, withdrawals, bets, game rounds, bonuses claimed, session times and the messages you send us.
Technical data. Device and browser details, pages viewed, time spent, and approximate location from your IP address.
We also draw on outside sources: public and government databases, the open internet and social media, commercial databases, financial and credit institutions, fraud prevention agencies and public authorities. These help us confirm what you have told us and investigate suspicious activity.
Why we use it
- Running your account and the games you play
- Processing deposits and withdrawals
- Verifying identity, age and address
- Preventing fraud and money laundering
- Answering support requests and resolving disputes
- Sending service messages, and marketing where you have agreed to it
- Meeting regulatory and legal obligations
We rely on a lawful basis for each purpose under the GDPR, and more than one may apply at once — performing our contract with you, meeting a legal obligation, our legitimate interests, or your consent.
Who sees it
Inside our own group: authorised staff, other brands under the same operator, contractors, agents, joint controllers, affiliates, subsidiaries and our parent company.
Outside it: service providers who help us deliver and improve the site, including support, email, SMS and voice providers, technology suppliers and cloud hosting. Also law enforcement, regulatory and licensing authorities where we are required to share.
One case is worth stating plainly. If you take a complaint, review or query about us to a third-party platform — a casino review site, a gambling forum or a dispute resolution body — we may reply to that platform directly, and disclose the personal data needed to identify your account and answer the point raised. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in our own reputation, only after something has been published by you or on your behalf, and only to the extent needed to give context.
If ownership or control of the business changes, your data may pass to the new owner, who may use it only as set out here.
How long we keep it
For as long as you hold an account with us, and for as long as the purposes above require. Anti-money-laundering rules and other regulation may require us to keep some of it longer.
Once the account is closed and no legal or business need remains, we delete the data or anonymise it so it can no longer be linked to you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction of what is wrong, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing. You can withdraw consent where consent is what we relied on.
You may also complain to a supervisory authority — in the EU member state where you live, where you work, or where you believe the problem occurred.
Write to support@lizaro.com or dpo@lizaro.com to exercise any of these.
Security
Traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted. Verification documents are held in separate storage, apart from your play history, and are used only to link a person, an account and a payment method.
No system is perfect, so keep your password to yourself and use one you have not used elsewhere.
Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies are covered in our Cookie Notice, including what each type does and which ones need your consent. You can change your choices at any time through Cookie Settings.
